• We’ve created a new fun (ok, maybe a bit edgy) squeeze page at http://GreenErections.Com. The page offers visitors a chance to receive a monthly update of local area eco friendly listings. The setup video can be accessed from the Squeeze Pages section of the members area. Also, we’ve included an “ad snippet generator” for this page, so you can feed a form your subdomain and automatically get html to place wherever you advertise it!
• For Real Estate WordPresser, a 25 Minute Strategy Session is now live which shows you how to build your own Squeeze pages whenever you’d like using the Real Estate WordPresser platform. This strategy session and others like it can now be accessed from the right column of each major system, with previous strategy sessions and new begin listed in chronological order.
• Support – Just want to say a quick thanks to everyone who’s been actively using the new support page and knowledge base. We’re finding that we’re able to respond to questions a little bit quicker, and a few members have reported that they have been able to get their questions answered by reading what others are talking about. So, thanks much for participating.

PPPS I know three PS’s is ridiculous, but keep your eyes out for a follow
up to this post sometime this weekend where we’ll shoot a little screen
capture on how to link up to your sites.

We’ve moved our membership content away from the ReTechulous.Com domain and the other blog content. Having it all here was causing a lot of confusion for folks, so in response we went to a more traditional membership setup.

The switch has gone over without too many hitches except that the new flash based video player has been giving a few folks some trouble. So, we’ve started embedding videos 1 per page in 800 x 650 format so that hopefully they don’t have to be maximized to full screen. An added benefit to this approach is that you can now watch a video in one browser area while executing the training in another.

The new membership module also includes an app dedicated to support. In the process of handling your support requests we’ll also be building a library of FAQ’s as well as an archive of issues which will allow you to get answers quicker by searching the support database. Content Tweaks / Additions

• A section called “Real Estate Card Factory” has been added to the members area. Green Bay Greg has contributed a series of videos about how he’s using custom postcards and SendOutCards.Com’s campaign features to build his referral base and prospect expireds.
• We’re in the process of adding more content to the “Property Buzzer” section. A new tutorial about creating property specific twitter accounts is live.
• For “Real Estate WordPresser,” we’ve been actively researching Email delivery services that allow for the best lead capture & incubation. After we learned that Mailchimp surprisingly pretty much disallows Real Estate pros from using their service, we’ve settled on iContact as the system that we’re going to base future trainings and tutorials on. iContact’s platform is feature rich and seems to have a more user friendly interface (and better initial pricing) then competitors like Aweber. The first tutorial about integrating iContact lead capture forms into your sites is live in Real Estate WordPresser.

In lieu of sessions this week, we’re putting the final touches on a training that will show you how to use Real Estate WordPresser to create your own squeeze pages on the fly.
