- Some won’t buy or sell a New Construction listing, but they might ask you to show them other listings they encounter online.

- You Set Up A New Construction Search Site that offers folks a chance to attend your next tour.
- You Get traffic to the site via a Google Pay Per Click Campaign, Facebook Ads, Craigslist and Email Marketing to your current database. You can also get free traffic by search engine optimizing your site for “Your Area New Construction” which you’ll likely find gets a fair number of searches with very little competition from your competitors.
- When you know the details for your next tour, email everyone on your list to let them know.
- Then email them again the day before.
“Sure… Great… But how will I build the New Construction Site with the lead capture, and the search engine optimization stuff, and everything else you just said? “
