Quick update… we just added a postcard to PropertyBuzzer/Expiromatic that can be used for driving traffic to the Property Buzzer Squeeze pages.
It looks like this, and can lives on google docs as a template so it can be easily modified to show your custom domain:
A lot of folks don’t realize this, but you can add any street address to the end of a PropertyBuzzer.Com site and it’ll echo back the street address to the visitor.
Example = PropertyBuzzer.Com/144 Highland Road.
So, the idea here is that you can print a bunch of these out, then hand write the address for any expired/fsbo/withdrawn listing that you find in your mls… The property owner sees their address in lights and checks it out.
