Just wanted to know the usefulness or value of this system to a Mortgage Broker/Lender. I am a Loan Officer for a Lender and this seems to sound like it’s made more for RE Agents or Investors(but I keep hearing attract more “Buyers” etc.). Is there any info or video to watch about what in the system is useful for people in the financing industry such as to help our Realtor Partners to get their business, get new Realtors or just attract more Buyers for financing? Thanks
The Sell Point button below states click here for free access, well it doesn’t.
I did sign up sellpoint before, I even got confirmation. When I did go back to the site to make use of it, my e-mail address was not found. So what they offered isn’t true, you have to pay for it. I have e-mailed them and their is no reply as of yet.

Anything where you get a dozen emails a day from different real estate gurus selling each others product = something not to be aware of but something to beware of.
Paul, you might be right… but for what it’s worth we turn down promoting for gurus far more often then we accept. For the Sims, we happened to know that the first version had a very low return rate, the people who bought it like it, and… the product itself closely parallels a lot of what we try to share in our own member’s area, so we thought it was relevant…

Taking it a step further, I’d say this –> If you were to simply help a handful of your best agent referral partners to understand and get on the right road to executing this stuff, your return on investment would be healthy.
Does SIMS 2.0 process Short Sales?
I did purchase the previous version of SIMS 2.0. I would not recomend it to ANYONE! As for sellpoint. I too “clicked” on the sellpoint link that was at the bottom of the page. I entered my info, received confirmation and was not able to get into the system. I then sent Greg an Email with no response. It has been 3-weeks.
