I get tons of investors and other real estate professionals asking me all the time about where to find financing, money, hard money lenders etc. either for their own investments or for their clients. 

So I asked my friend Mike Collins to put together a little video with information on just that.  Mike is a hard money lender expert and utlra successful real estate investor. 

If you aren’t sure what hard money is then you definitely need to see this and if you think all the hard money lenders have disappeared you are dead wrong!
