Thousands Of FSBO’s About To Get Another Weapon?
There’s a really interesting real estate software giveaway going on right now. A prominent real estate internet marketer is giving away a powerful Single Property Website Generator and Syndication software free of charge to anyone interested.
We’ve taken a look and it’s pretty good. Compares well to paid solutions Real Estate agents have been using for years such as Postlets, VFlyer, and Realbird.
If you’d like to take a look at the software and grab a copy for yourself, it’s available as part of a larger promotion that’s going on here.
When you click the link you’ll probably be taken to a lead capture page of some sort… just go ahead and feed it your email address, because what’s behind the wall is truly good stuff.
In addition to the free Property Website Creator & Syndication engine, there’s a nice long video presentation from 2 (very) Prominent web marketers, in addition to another video about traffic generation and incubation. Again, all good stuff.
But here’s the bigger thing that’s going on…
The same software…
The same syndication engine…
The same informative web marketing videos….
Are all landing in the hands of tens of thousands of real estate investors and other real estate agents as you read this!
Which we think might presage a bigger change that’s about to occur in Real Estate brokerage in general.///
Because as more and more of the folks who would traditionally call an agent to list their home become hip to the latest and greatest web marketing techniques, they’re either going to start looking for the agents that can deliver these techniques, or more likely, armed with the knowledge that 90% of buyers are starting their searches on line…They might-could just not call an agent at all!
What’s this all mean? Well, if the promotion we’re referencing here goes as well as it looks like it will, then it’s going to get harder and harder for most agents to convince a FSBO to list.
On the flip side, for the agents that last, and are able to stay a fe steps ahead of the marketing curve, the spoils should be plentiful. Because after all, all more tech savvy fsbo’s means is that more tech savvy agents will be able to pick up business when the fsbo inevitably fails?
Make sense? No? That’s cool… just click to learn more about what we’re talking about…
[Disclosure --> Folks ask us to promote their stuff every day... in most cases we have to say no, but in this case we're comfortable that the affiliate link we're dropping here will provide real value to our readership.]

Getting a listing is very easy. You target an area that you want to specialize in and get out of your car and start getting some exercise. Do this in the evenings and weekends. Get your 30 second elevator speech perfected and guess what? You meet people face to face and start getting traction. I know many agents hate this but these are the same agents that hate to pick up the 300 pound telephone too. I know that we like to use the internet and advertisements because we hate rejection but marketing is a wheel with many spokes stay diversified and master the top three spokes.
Ron, I dont know you, but you are right on the money brother.
Thanks for the comments Ron & Evgenij…
I for one will be the first to admit that belly to belly can trump all this ReTechulousness, and in most cases (especiall short term) will yield better return on time invested.
Somewhere down the line though, after the effort has been put in to build automated prospecting processes and systems, a constant stream of warm inbound appointment requests generated virtually with little time invested after initial setup is possible. That of course is the overall goal here.
Short term, knock on the door. Long term, let the door knock on you?
