So, this one’s got us all jazzed on a number of levels.

• It’s a nice demo of how one might do an initial neighborhood vid before going inside a property.
• And Can you believe it? This is actually a mortgage pro, (Ron Aguilar) who appears to be helping his agent partner out by taking the vid on her behalf!

Really, really cool stuff Ron!

One little tip. For the title of the vid… maybe change it to include the name of the neighborhood so if folks are out there googling the area they have a good chance of finding your entry on youtube?
