Bob’s tour of the house is solid… he adeptly drops in selling points such as “Instant Equity Opportunity,” “lots of light,” “heat pump for low energy costs,” but the thing that grabbed our attention about this vid is Bob’s awesome driving tour of the neighborhood as he gets to the property at the very beginning. How’d you do that Bob!
