You’ve probably noticed some pretty “souped up” real estate facebook pages as you browse around to see what other folks are doing. Basically, you can create a new tab, and set it as what folks see when they first arrive on your page. Embed some html in the tab using the “static fbml” application, and you’ll be well on your well to having a Facebook fan page that’s the envy of your Real Estate competitors and friends.
