In this screencast we illustrate how you can create a real estate mobile website and associate your property listing to a text messaging code.
Once you do this, be sure to send a link to the text code and mobile website to your seller client. In the screencast example below, the text process (if you want to practice) is “SEND 4521 to 411669″ and the mobile website is viewable here: http://411now.mobi/4521/
Some ways to promote this code:
- In Print Advertising, by offering newspaper readers the ability to see more interior pics of the proeperty.
- In Craig’s List Ads – Maybe only include 1 pic, but offer a few more via the text code.
- In a Facebook/Twitter update.
- On JUST LISTED CARDS! — What an excellent way to grab cell phones of the neighbors who want to see more pics and pricing… (be sure to offer to send these future seller clients a monthly update with all new properties in the area!)
