One of the fun projects we’ve been working on is a real estate lead generation system for a mortgage brokerage in Harrisburg Pa.
Integrating some of the stuff we do for Real Estate sites into a Financing focused rag has led to some interesting discoveries. Here are a few concepts that we wanted to share with you today.
Real Estate Lead Generation Techniques
- Thanks to Listing Syndication and Google Base Based Property Search Services, it’s now possible for Mortgage Companies to offer Property Search functionality as a lead generation tool to attract and convert buyers.
- Co-promoting real estate agent “Propertunities” on a mortgage site is a pretty sound strategy that reduces workload on busy agents and provides real estate lead generation flow for both mortgage partner and real estate pros.
- Just like with Real Estate, there’s a ton of stuff that financing folk can blog about. Current rates and industry news are obvious options. But we’re experimenting with Q&A video blog posts, real estate agent interviews, and local investor club event announcements.
