Beats the *%&^ out of me!

But these guys sure do a great job of explaining some of the legal stuffs to consider when it comes to property listing data. Tonight it seems they’re hinting at the fact that in view of copyright law there’s not much the powers that be can do to stop all the syndistravagance? Don’t know…could be I’m reading with some bias…

Either way, with all the Google is a scraper stuff, and the coming of 3rd party vendors who tap syndication feeds in order to offer pretty slick inexpensive property search modules, sites like MLS Tesseract are going to be much more fun to keep an eye on.
