Here’s a quick screencast tour of newly born ReTechulous Lead Generation System, HelloHudsonValley.Com.
It all starts with simple self-hosted wordpress site that’s integrated with some social media based lead capture, idx property search integration, a video gallery page (to keep visitors hanging around,) some initial Listings based content (via PropertyBuzzer.Com) and an RSS based lead capture module that’ll keep em coming back for more.
Next step? Time to throw a small bit of click advertising at it to guage and tweak conversion. And of course, the client’s about to have a blast taking some photos and videos of their beautiful Valley!
