There is no problem with IDX intergration any widget or gadget (zillow, google...) is fairly easy to integrate. Lead capture forms with captcha, SEO optimalization, Google mapping whatever you want- see it all in action on my website. Support from open source community is tremendousy, paying 300 usd/ month is a waste of hard earned money.
