- Post “This Weeks Highest Priced New MLS Listing In (Insert City Here)” Be sure to include the listing agents name and a link to more pictures, video, etc about the property either in a post you’ve created on your own blog or within your property search solution.
- Daily Recurring Appointment – “Make 1 Friend” Easy one. Just find one of your friends friends that you sorta already know and send them a message that has nothing do do with real estate. Maybe – “Hey, where’d you buy that shirt in your picture? “
- Daily Recurring Appointment – “Like” or “Comment” on 3 Of Your Friend’s Status Updates
- And finally, make sure your profile page has some lead capture elements on it. Katie Frieling has an awesome tutorial on how to add lead capture elements to your facebook profile by using an app to place a box of html in the sidebar of your facebook profile. At the end of the day, probably the biggest thing with Facebook for Realtors is this: Don’t spermataspam your real estate stuff all over your friends. They’ll give you crap about it, and worse, they might block your updates. Ouchie. [I'm sure I've had this happen to me... I was recently, sorta accidentally, feeding every bank owned property listed in the Philadelphia area directly to my stream. Oops. ]
