HouseYourMom.Com A Porn Site?

Mark Madsen of MyFHAMortgageBlog.Com was nice enough to let me know this morning that folks (not Mark, he’s hip) were clicking on the $8000 Tax Credit Widget mistaking “HouseYourMom.Com” for a porn site because of the nice lady I had up in the right corner of every page.

So… I’ve changed the “Subscribe To HouseYourMom.Com” image back to Ruby’s video.

But I have to say, for better or worse, the Quasi-Porn I had at the top of this site generated more business and buzz in 2 days than HouseYourMom.Com has since it’s inception. What’s the lesson? Sex, but not too much of it, sells?

So why take her down? Google! I fear Google. Because if a real live human being would mistakenly take this site for “porn,” then well, what might a mindless search engine spider think?
